Feb 15th: I love tulips. They remind me of Spring. And I am so ready for Spring.

Feb 16th: Sick hubby.

Feb 18th: Gotta have it...

Feb 19th: Reason number 1 I am done with winter. Max has been sick for two weeks now. I just want to go outside and play.

Feb 20th: Eye spy...

Feb 21st: Is this not the dumbest thing you have ever seen?? What candle company puts a candle in a container that can melt!! I'm just glad I found it before it melted all the way down to the dresser it was sitting on.

Feb 12th: Jesse's little muskrat. This day lacked inspiration.

Feb 13th: Why does he look so big?! He is definitely not a baby anymore. Makes me sad :( Time for another one right?? Haha. Soon enough...

Feb 14th: Happy Valentines Day!! We woke up to snow! A white christmas and a white valentines day? So fun! Okay now I'm ready for spring!

36 - 42/365

Feb 5th: I made spinach lasagna for dinner this night and it was soooo good. Even Max couldn't get enough of it. I am a self confessed terrible cook so whenever something turns out right it warms my soul a little bit.

Feb 6th: I finally finished my Valentines mantle! The banner is a total DIY out of scrapbook paper. The X's and O's were made by my awesome husband and I just painted them gold. The Keep Calm and Be Mine was made by me. I wish it looked a little better but it was a last minute replacement when the subway art I printed didn't fit in the frame. Oh well. I still love the mantle. I am determined to decorate it for every holiday this year!

Feb 7th: Can you guess where I am?? This was Max's first ride through the carwash. He didn't think too much of it. This particular carwash was having a special event this day to support the poor family from Myersville. I won't go in to too much detail here but you can read more about them here.

Feb 8th: One of my good friends Annie had a girls night and I absolutely loved these straws! They were so cute and went perfect with her VDay decor!

Feb 9th: Max has discovered the DVD shelf. We even moved it out of the living room and into the dining room. And other than for meals he does't go in there very often. But there is always the occasional time when he slips past the gate that doesn't alway latch and goes to town.

Feb 10th: I got me a date! Jesse and I went to a wine tasting event here for the first time. We sampled 16 wines, almost all of them were good :) We came home with a bottle of the Blackberry and Dandelion wine. Both are really good. It was really nice to just get out for awhile with Jesse and be able to talk.

Feb 11th: Self portrait. It's not very often that I get in front of the camera. But that is something I want to change. I hope to get braver with these self portraits. One day...

1 Month Down! 30-35/365

Jan 3oth: Skinny Girl Cupcakes! I found this recipe on Pinterest (of course) and couldn't wait to try them out. You mix a box of cake mix with Sprite Zero and bake away...They were so good!! I couldn't believe it. I felt pretty guilty about eating them but that lasted all of two seconds and lets just say I ate many. No need to go into details there :)

Jan 31st: My sweet husband filling my new newborn posing bag. This sucker took 3 huge bags of filling! I can't wait to get my hands on a little baby and try this thing out. I know its going to be so much better than my old method.

Feb 1st: My awesome Aunt bought Jesse and I tickets to see Spank! The 50 Shades Parody for Christmas. I was pretty excited...Jesse not so much. He said he counted 12 men there. Poor guy. He made it through the first half but I think after the male lead did a strip tease down to a little Batman speedo he had had enough. I graciously allowed him to leave and meet up with some buddies at the bar while my cousins and I watched the second half. Ladies I totally recommend this play! Even if you haven't read the books...it is sooo funny!

Feb 2nd: Happy Groundhogs Day! This is one of the biggest holidays celebrated by my awesome in-laws! They had a party and someone made these super cute cupcakes.

Feb 3rd: Confession time....I forgot to take a photo this day :( Noooooo I was doing so good! Perhaps it was the excitement of the Super Bowl? I guess I am not going to beat myself up about it. This project is way harder than I excepted it to be. And I am using my camera so much more than I used to. It used to sit in its bag all lonely until I had a photo session. So I can see a positive side to this. I have no intentions of giving up! Maybe two cute photos of Max will make up for it...

Feb 4th: My little guy woke up all snotty and congested. He has been kinda cranky all day and not feeling well. It's a security objects kinda of day, bottle and blankie.

And he still managed to make a funny face...
